ABOUT STAVER & GAINSBERG

Jared B. Staver

Mr. Staver earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Arts and Sciences from Iowa State University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School.

Mr. Staver is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Trial Bar of the United State District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Staver co-founded the law firm of Staver & Gainsberg, P.C. with his partner Neal Gainsberg. He practices extensively in personal injuries, insurance disputes and bankruptcy law. Mr. Staver takes great pride in representing individuals in their claims against negligent companies and negligent parties.

Neal S. Gainsberg

Mr. Gainsberg is a co-founder of the law firm of Staver& Gainsberg, P.C. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison where he graduated with distinction. He received his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law where he graduated with high honors.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United State District Courts for the districts of Northern Illinois, Central Illinois, and Northern Indiana. He is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the Trial Bar of the United State District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

He practices in the areas of personal bankruptcy, plaintiff's personal injury, insurance disputes, and general civil litigation. In the area of bankruptcy, Mr. Gainsberg concentrates on individual's seeking debt relief under Chapters 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Before starting the law firm of Staver & Gainsberg, P.C., Mr. Gainsberg clerked for Illinois Appellate Court Justice Margaret O'Mara Frossard.
